Why Do We Get Cellulite?
Have you ever stared at those little dimples of cellulite on your thighs and wondered where it comes from? How did I get that? Why did I get that? To answer those questions, we need to learn a little about cellulite. The term was coined in France about 35 years ago. It describes the dimpling pattern of fat found on hips, thighs, buttocks and upper arms. It is a subcutaneous fat deposit. Our skin is linked by strands of fibrous tissue attached to deeper tissue layers in the body which separate the fat cell compartments. When our fat cells go larger and bulge, they cause a dimpled look to the surface of the skin. This is cellulite.

How To Remove Blackheads
Pimples are always a problem. Especially that one that you just can't get rid of. Some blemishes run a seven day cycle. Others seem like they'll never go away. There are countless products out there to combat acne. Which one is right for you? Well, that depends on your skin type. You don't want to choose the wrong type of product. Using the wrong product can irritate your skin and cause more acne. Blackheads are a type of pimple that are especially difficult to get rid of. They are common on the nose and can be so hard to remove sometimes that they seem to never disappear.
Sun Screens
Too much sun can be extremely harmful to your skin. If you are going to be outside for any length of time in the hot sun, you must use sunscreen. Ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB) rays are invisible, but can be very damaging to the skin if it is not protected. These damaging rays can cause skin cancer, altered pigmentation, dilated blood vessels and change the texture of your skin. Each of those factors can accelerate the aging of your skin. When you have a sunburn, you damage the skin. Repeated sunburns mean a higher risk of developing skin cancer later in life. Don't think that tanning is safe either. Tanning is simply a light burn. There is no safe tan.
Sunburn
Have you ever had one of those really bad sunburns? You know the type. You've spent the whole day on the beach, maybe you applied a quick layer of sunscreen in the morning. By the end of the day your back starts to feel kind of warm. When bedtime comes around you can't stand to lie on your back. You wake up the next morning and you are really hurting. All you can think about is the intense, burning pain lighting up your back. The back that was pink the night before is now almost purple.
