Stop Acne
How do you treat and fight acne? You might take an over the counter pill. You might have a prescription. There are natural remedies and treatments available as well. There is a natural, four-step program that purports to stop acne in its tracks. It may be just right for you.
The first step is staying regular. Naturalists believe that all illnesses, including acne, are generated from the digestive system. They are rooted to the large intestine. By keeping your colon clean, you can halt acne. Staying regular is essential to keeping your colon clean. Have at least one bowel movement a day. Drinking enough water is also crucial to staying regular. By keeping the body hydrated, your body moves things along. Toxins are sent out of your body quickly. Removing toxins from the body quickly should help prevent acne from developing. Finally, eliminating red meat from the diet and replacing it with foods high in fiber will also help you stay regular.
The second step to the fight acne naturally program is maintaining a good diet. Processed sugar should be eliminated from the diet in addition to red meat. Not all sugars are bad, though. Natural sugars, such as those found in fruit, should be increased. Elevating the amount of fruit you eat will help stop acne. Fruit juice, on the other hand, should be eliminated. They contain unnecessary sugar. It is much better for your diet to eat an apple than to drink a glass of apple juice. Saturated fats should be avoided as well.
The third step in the natural acne fighting program is a bit harsh. It involves internal cleansing. You must flush the toxins from your kidneys and liver. This step involves basically fasting for two days while only ingesting a liquid cleansing product. It is a very difficult step.
Step four of the program is perhaps the most difficult of all. Step four is maintenance. The only way to stop acne from coming back is to never go back to your old ways. It means eating healthy on a regular basis. Looking back at this program, maybe a little acne isn't so bad after all.
