Diet And Exercise What A Novel Concept To Deter Cellulite!

Want to know the easy way to get rid of cellulite? Well, there isn't one. You just need to bare down, improve your diet and exercise. Staying healthy means eating right and exercising. Ask your doctor or nutritionist. Diet and exercise will do more to help you lose cellulite than anything else you can do.

Diet

There's no way around it. Living a healthier life starts with improving your eating habits. If you need to get rid of cellulite, start by eliminating fats from your diet. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat grains and healthy foods. Follow the food pyramid, it is a good guide to better eating. There's really no need to be an expert calorie counter as long as you use common sense in your eating and avoid the burger joint and the donut shop.

Exercise

Exercise is the other part of this two step process of ridding your body of cellulite. Exercise will help shrink the fat cells that cause cellulite. Exercise will also help you lower your total body fat which will reduce the appearance of cellulite. You don't need to become a marathon runner overnight. Start slowly with a fifteen minute walk. Then work your way up to a thirty minute walk. As an alternative, riding a bike can really help you lose the cellulite in your thigh and buttock area where it often hits first.

Regular exercise is not only a great way to lose cellulite, but it will also improve your overall fitness level and give you a healthy heart. If you can't exercise everyday, make sure you get out an exercise at least three days a week. Do the little things. Park as far as you can from the store, instead of as close as you can. Mow the lawn yourself, don't pay a lawn service.

Baby Steps

If you are worried about how overwhelming it may seem to start a new diet and begin an exercise program tomorrow, then start slowly. Take baby steps. Reward yourself for small goals met. If you can manage to eat healthy all week and exercise three times, then treat yourself to some ice cream on the weekend. Whatever you do, start your own diet and exercise plan and stick to it. Bargain with yourself if you have to. You will see the results sooner than you think.
