Doctors claim that the acne blue light therapy is totally safe for all ages and can be used daily.

The normal course of a treatment could involve as many as eight sessions over a four-week period with each session lasting for about fifteen minutes. In fact, in most cases the side effect that can be most easily observed, is a slight change in the skin pigment, dryness and mild swelling of treated areas.
